The combination of both classic and newer experimental hops from the United States and Australia paired with crisp Pilsner malt and subtle, chewy wheat varieties has produced a wonderfully complex white IPA that exhibits plenty of intense bitterness and a broad spectrum of hop flavors running the gamut of sweet and fruity to piney and herbaceous while remaining gentle on the palate. The addition of wheat in the malt bill provides its characteristic haze and ample, frothy head. 7.6% ABV.
