The combination of Cherries, Honey, and Chocolate Malts delivers gentle fruits and subtle spices. Fermented and aged with a unique yeast, this ruby red beer has significant warming strength that underlies the pleasant character of this intriguing yet delicious Ale. 11% ABV.
This deep amber-colored ale boasts flavors of grapefruit and pine balanced by a hint of spice and complex malty notes of caramel and toffee. The use of whole flower hops creates a bright, citrusy aroma.
Sometimes inspiration strikes when you least expect it. With Nimble Giant, we’ve stumbled upon this mammoth Double IPA when we weren’t even looking. Encumbered by a substantial slab of American hops, Nimble Giant intimidates the palate with spicy grapefruit rind, juicy passion fruit, pungent pine sap, and earthy forest floor. And take heed, because this behemoth is stealthy for his size. 9% ABV.
Six different malt varieties, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, lactose, oats, and vanilla combine to produce a decadent Chocolate Stout. Dispensing via nitrogen yields a lush, velvety texture and rich, smooth finish.
Perpetual IPA (Imperial Pale Ale, not India Pale Ale). In our constant evolution as a brewery, we've developed a drive to meld artisanal and mechanical. Perpetual IPA utilizes our hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. We're always testing the boundaries of modern brewing. 7.5% ABV.
