A pseudo-seltzer inspired ale brewed up as part of our Co-Worker Brewing Program, with our own Mad Fermentationalist - Brent Ferment. Tiny bit of the palest malt we could find, little bit of flaked brown rice, and a whole bunch of easy fermentables were chewed down to nothingness by a mix of our own House Ale yeast blend, cider, and wine yeast. “Dry Hopped” with lemon verbena from our homies at @pennherb and then spiked with a tea made from fresh basil strait from the Italian Market. Bone dry and incredibly refreshing elixir with hints of spice in the finish. Super weird, but we love it. 6% abv.
