A robust ale brewed from a large proportion of spelt, an ancient wheat-like grain that was once a mainstay of Scandinavian beers. To the spelt's distinctively nutty flavor, we've added another old Swedish beer ingredient - spruce fronds, which add a tasty citrusy pine note. 8% ABV.
