Ruby brewed this with a large portion of wheat and spelt & hopped it with equinox. The beer was fermented in our oak Foeder with our house saison yeast blend and conditioned with 84 gallons of Chilean Viognier grape juice. This brew has an aroma of peach, green grape skins, and violets with flavors of semi-sweet white grape, oak, and mild minerality. 6.5% ABV.
