Pilsner malt and raw white wheat. Hopped and dry hopped intensely with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and New Zealand Cascade. Fermented with a blend of our favorite clean and expressive house yeasts in French oak for almost four months. 3.5% ABV.
Brewed with raw wheat, orange peel and coriander fermented in oak.
Notes of mimosa, tart underripe peach, tangelo, mango lassi, and chamomile breeze
Citra Double IPA. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely and singularly with Citra. 8.6% ABV.
Double IPA. Brewed with spelt and oats. Hopped in the kettle with Amarillo and Columbus, and then dry-hopped with an absurd amount of Citra and Amarillo. Clean, dry and wonderfully gentle. 9.2% ABV.
Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earthn / Ardmore, PA / 4.8%
Keller Pilsner. Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and Mandarina Bavaria. Crisp and aromatic with a nice mineral finish. Notes of fresh bread, sharp citrus, spicy earth, bright sunshine, and mineral. 5.5% ABV.
