Brewed at Spellbound in collaboration with 13 other brewing entities. Subtle fruity esters come through in the nose with a hint of yeast spiciness from the Trappist yeast. Finishes with a hint of honey sweetness. We brewed it with NJ wildflower honey from Melovino Meadery and Trappist brewery yeast from Iron Hill 8.7% ABV.
Our year round porter aged on palo santo wood. The palo santo brings out more of the chocolate flavor. The beer changes flavors and aromas as it warms. Most notable are chocolate, vanilla, anise, and even hints of mint. 6.9% ABV.
