  • We love our Citra Pils, but with Autumn approaching we decided to kick it up a few notches and make it a double, why not right? Bright yellow/gold in color with a huge frothy head full of spicy lime, melon and grapefruit. Clean and lean on the palette with more of the aroma lingering before a full and balanced finish. Devastatingly dangerous at 7.8% and totally delicious to boot!

  • Brewed from a base of Pale Ale and Oat malt with additions of Flaked Oats, Crystal 15, Raw Wheat for a juicy, hazetastic body then hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and Cascade. After fermentation with our English Ale yeast we triple dry hop it with stupid amounts of Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and Hull Melon. Notes of soft citrus, vanilla-like malt, pine sap, tangelo pith and pineapple juice. 8% ABV.

  • A sour ale blended with creamy lactose and roughly 2 pounds of raspberries per gallon. Intensely berry forward and tart with a fresh baked, raspberry turnover finish. 5% ABV.

  • A hazy crusher for the dog days of summer. Laden with Chit malt and Oats for their rich, dextrinous mouthfeel and a touch of lactose for its creamy texture then hopped exponentially with a blend of Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe. Notes of lemon, lime and grapefruit.

  • A smooth and creamy Oatmeal Stout brewed with Pale, Oat and Chit malts, Roasted Barley, Chocolate malt and Flaked Oats. 5.8% ABV.

  • West coast style hoppy & dry IPA, using simcoe, columbus, and citra hops. 6.5% ABV.
