  • Farmhouse Pale Ale is our American interpretation of a hoppy saison. Belgian pilsner malt provides the base for an abundance of American hops and our farmhouse yeast to shine together in this refreshing ale. 6% ABV.

  • Geisterweiss is a saison brewed with 100% German wheat and noble hops. Produced in collaboration with Freigeist Bierkultur of Cologne, Germany. For our third collaboration with Sebastian Sauer of Freigeist, we took inspiration from traditional German ingredients fermented with our house saison yeast. Hazy gold in color with notes of banana, clove, white pepper, and lemon peel with a full body and dry, refreshing finish.

  • Harvest is a wet-hopped farmhouse ale brewed with Maine-grown grains and hops. 7% ABV.

  • Mixed fermentation grisette brewed with spelt, oats, and wheat. Aged in oak barrels. 4.5% ABV.

  • Plum Synth is a blend of barrel-aged and stainless-aged mixed-fermentation farmhouse ales aged on Italian plums.

  • Mixed culture Space Cowboy (biere du pays) aged 1 year in Hungarian oak. 4.5% ABV.

  • Mash: Oats, US Pale, Vienna, Crystal.  Hops: American.  Fermentation: Saison Yeast Flavor. Profile: Grainy Bread, Subtle Hops, Rustic Yeast. 4% ABV.

  • Stoned Fruits is a mixed-fermentation smoked bière de garde aged on apricots and refermented with peach and plum juice. Our annual farmhouse festbier, Oxtoberfest, is blended with 1- and 2- year old vintages which have been aging in white wine oak barrels with our house mixed culture. After aging, it is transferred onto third use apricots and refermented with peach juice and additionally naturally conditioned in the keg with freshly-pressed plum juice. Golden amber in color with notes of oak, tobacco, spice, and peaches with a bright acidity and dry finish.
