This 6.4% IPA brewed with Columbus, El Dorado & Azacca offers complex layers of intensely dank northwest woods in a crisp and refreshing format. El Dorado invites us in with a hint of candy orange on the nose, but Columbus delivers the whole forest–resinous pine, warm cedar, anise hyssop and crabapple. Very dry finish with a satisfying bite of bitterness.
An Ethiopian varietal from our friends at Sey coffee imparts delicate, fruit-forward notes of cherry and stone fruit that pair harmoniously with the nutty, milk chocolate, and satisfyingly sweet caramelized flavors from the other adjuncts. Full bodied with a light yet lingering soft tannic finish.
Using that OG Lambo Door hop base of El Dorado, Citra, and Simcoe, Gull Wing Door gets the special addition of Nelson Sauvin. Still a juice bomb with big notes of overripe peaches and Haribo gummy bears, but the Nelson provides bright yet delicate fruit-forward notes of lychee and gooseberry.
Double dry hopped banger featuring galaxy, columbus, mosaic, and citra hops.
This black lager is light bodied and smooth with layered roasted malt characteristics and notes of unsweetened cacao nibs, carob and black coffee. Extra quaffable and dry with a pleasing long bitter finish.
