We could've made a "run-of-the-mill" pale ale and it would've been tasty, but we decided to throw caution to the wind and say, Rye Not? Rye Not is a rye pale ale made with Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Flaked Oats and of course, Rye Malt. By adding the rye malt to the mash, it provides a slight bready, spice character and a crisp, dry taste to the beer. We used Chinook, Cascade and Centennial to create the pleasant hop aroma and flavor in this incredibly drinkable pale ale. 4.9% a.b.v., 44 IBU's and one terrible pun. 4.9% ABV.
