As part of our continued experimentation with wood and beer, Hillbilly Wine is a complex, full-flavoured IPA. In orderto complement the big, sweet and juicy base brew we’ve added passionfruit for a distinctive and slightly tart edge. We then used our custom Spinbot to circulate the beer on oak chips, bringing delicate, toasty notes of vanilla and light tobacco plus a unique mouthfeel. 9% ABV.
