This chocolate colored beer is our traditional Chocolate Bock brewed with cherries. This beer has a big, malty character with the added sweetness of chocolate. The beer is aged on a bed of dark cocoa nibs that imparts aromas and flavors from chocolaty to fruity and nutty. The cherry notes add an additional layer of complexity with a sweet but slightly tart note. The malty, chocolaty, and dark fruit flavors create a complex and drinkable beer. 5.8% ABV.
