The uniqueness of this beer comes from the yeast. To be exact, a special ale yeast of a friend from England makes the beer cellar Riegele so fruity and fresh. The yeast harmonized unique with the three selected Juramalzsorten (a blend of Munich malt - red kilned barley malt, pilsner malt (light barley) and wheat). These three malts are digested and refined in Riegele Two mashing process with the Riegele Spelzentrennung, which gives the beer its distinctive character. A small pinch of Hersbrucker aroma hops gives the beer the finishing touches before it matures in the handgeziegelten beer cellars in peace. 5% ABV.
