Stoned Fruits is a mixed-fermentation smoked bière de garde aged on apricots and refermented with peach and plum juice. Our annual farmhouse festbier, Oxtoberfest, is blended with 1- and 2- year old vintages which have been aging in white wine oak barrels with our house mixed culture. After aging, it is transferred onto third use apricots and refermented with peach juice and additionally naturally conditioned in the keg with freshly-pressed plum juice. Golden amber in color with notes of oak, tobacco, spice, and peaches with a bright acidity and dry finish.
