Private label brewed for Monk's Cafe outside of Ghent, Belgium. A blend of a dark Tripel aged for 3 years and a freshly brewed Tripel, then aged for 6 months in Oak Foeders. A highly attenuated lager is blended in just prior to bottling. Toasted malt and wine aromas, medium body, a hint of sweetness, but not cloying. A nicely nuanced Flemish Sour. 5.5% ABV.
