To honor our new relationship with our friends next door we decided to brew The Pilgrimage, a deliciously roasty Belgian-style coffee stout. The fresly roasted coffee beans are cold-brewed overnight to cut down on the bitterness while the thoughtful combination of kilned malts serve as the foundation for this dark creamy stout. Our house Belgian yeast rounds out the flavor profile with hints of dark fruit and esters. 6.5% ABV.
