Known as the Burgundies of Belgium, Flanders Red Ales are recognized by their slightly tart, wine-like flavor. The aroma is dominated by various dark fruits including sour cherry & plum while several strains of wild yeast create the distinct barnyard character. After aging on French oak, this unique ale picks up some tannins and flavors of tobacco, leather & spice making it even more reminiscent of a fine red wine. 7.0% ABV
