Mind Over Matter is a new 8% Double Chocolate Imperial Milk Stout. In creating a recipe for this beer, we were shooting to create a thick and fudge-forward Imperial Milk Stout with a more approachable ABV than our 10+% stouts. Mind Over Matter is brewed with lactose for a bigger mouthfeel, body and sweetness, and conditioned on cocoa nibs and vanilla. 8% ABV.
