Kolschbiers are a light, top fermented ale, typically with a long cellaring time to yield a clean, refreshing flavor profile. Our Brown Bag version combines that classic style with a new twist. Citrusy flavors of lemon zest combine with the bite and aromatics of freshly ground peppercorns, which are added near the end of the brewing process.
