Bella Ciao is a collaborative beer resulting from the strong friendship and shared commitment of Trou du diable and Italian brewery Del Ducato in fighting to re-establish beer’s status as a noble libation. This hymn to resistance celebrates the virtues of a co-fermentation of white and seasonal yeasts. The nose features strong aromas of lemon zest and spices dominated by crushed black pepper. The notably dry palate is rounded by a finish of gentle notes of oats and New Zealand hops, which reveal strong hints of citrus. 7% ABV.
