Driftwood is our oatmeal brown ale that is aged in retired bourbon barrels for approximately six months. The aging intensifies the dark caramel malt flavor of the original beer while adding hints of vanilla, sweetness from the bourbon and a slightly tannic flavor and mouth-feel from the oak. 7.2% ABV.
