Light bodied, low hop bitterness, with tropical fruit, citrus and peppery aroma, complemented by the spicy esters of the Belgian yeast. Straw colored with a nice fluffy head. Added to the brew kettle and complementing the aroma are fresh sliced ginger, dried orange peel, and grains of paradise. The final presentation features a variety of delicate and well-rounded flavors brought out by a generous two month cellaring process. 9.2% ABV.
