Umeboshi, our Gose, uses ingredients native to the land of the rising sun to imbue this unique historical German style with Far East flair. It is medium-bodied and pale yellow in color with a salty flavor and aroma from the addition of Japanese Umeboshi plums, accented by subtle sour, fruit, and bread-like notes; and hints of mint from Japanese Shiso leaves used in place of the traditional coriander. 5% ABV.
