Serum is our version of a Double(Imperial) India Pale Ale. It is aggressively hopped at several stages of the brewing process including a dry hopping that takes place little by little over a 2 week period. With an OG close to 19Plato, this beer is big and hoppy, yet has a strong malt backbone that keeps the huge hop bitterness from being overbearing. 9% ABV.
