Pours a murky but watery black with lots of foamy, off white head. Nose has bready notes, mild roast, cocoa powder, yeasty, mild toast. Inviting. Flavor has more molasses than the nose let’s on, not overly sweet though, chocolate, a little cola, bready, mild toast, some raisin. 5.3% ABV.
