A monster interpretation of the American IPA. Uses 6 different hop varietals, with Simcoe hops being used only for dry hopping. The rest of the hop additions are blender at different IBU's in groups of three hops per addition in order to create more hop complexity. Features a sturdy caramel malt component which helps to create the desired balance and stave off undesirable hop astringency.
