The time has come. We have finally done a pumpkin beer. But in the Burley Oak fashion, this sour ale was conditioned on hundreds and hundreds of pounds of pumpkin purée, cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, and topped off with some lactose. This beer is creamy and smooth, and taste like biting into a freshly baked pumpkin cheesecake; from the decadent cake flavors all the way down to the pie crust. And not to mention has a beautiful color and incredible aroma.
