A broad spectrum of wild ales, from fruity Flemish sours to the experimental wild ales recently gaining popularity in the United States. Category includes lambics, gueuzes, and sour ales. Aromatic with earthy, fruity and barnyard notes and almost no hop bitterness or aroma. Bone dry and very refreshing, although they vary from softly to seriously sour with funky and unpredictable flavors.
