In the short time Foreign Objects has existed, they have become known for their New American hoppy ales. However, owner-brewer Steve D'Eva also has an abiding passion for brewing subtle, German-style ungespudet lagerbier. Ungespundet means "not plugged" or "without bung," referring to a traditional cask-style of fermentation that allows carbon dioxide to escape. Steve will join Monk's in the back bar for the Pennsylvania debut of his of nuanced lagers and talk about their brewing process. Tap time: 5:00 p.m.
