  • IPA Brewed with oats. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Columbus. An otherworldly IPA. Bow down before the ALien Church! Notes of blueberries, fresh orange slices, dank, deep pine, honeydew melons. 7% ABV.

  • Honey Saison. Brewed with wheat and local Pennsylvania wildflower honey. Hopped with Amarillo. Fermented in large oak tanks. Delicate & tart. Notes of fierce grape, hay, pepper, oak, and decidedly pleasant minerality. 5.8% ABV.

  • Our American Pale Ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable. Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, pine sap, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. 5.5% abv.

  • Brewed with oats and local wildflower honey. Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo. Such a cool and juicy IPA. 6% ABV.

  • Caribbean IPA. Brewed with malted oats, aromatic jasmine rice, and a touch of high dried barley, and spiced with annatto seed in the kettle. Conditioned on plantain chips and dry hopped aggressively with Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo, Hüll Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria. 6.3% ABV.

  • Built from a base of barley and spelt malts, and a touch of raw wheat. Hopped with a heavy hand of Simcoe and fermented in a large oak foudre with our favorite mixed culture. Rested in the foudre for one year. 7% ABV.
