  • IPA Brewed with oats. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Columbus. An otherworldly IPA. Bow down before the ALien Church! Notes of blueberries, fresh orange slices, dank, deep pine, honeydew melons. 7% ABV.

  • English Dark Mild Ale brewed with English Maris Otter malt, and a plethora of high-dried and specialty malts. Very lightly hopped, and fermented with our expressive house ale yeast. 3.2% ABV.

  • Our American Pale Ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable. Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, pine sap, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. 5.5% abv.

  • Refreshing Double IPA is brewed for the season with oats and hopped with a revitalizing melange of Galaxy, Citra, and Lemon Drop. Lime leaf, some musky passion fruit, champagne mango. 8% ABV.

  • Our Four-Grain Saison. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. Fermented in large oak tanks. Traditional, complex, and zippy. Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth. 4.8% ABV.

  • Built from a base of barley and spelt malts, and a touch of raw wheat. Hopped with a heavy hand of Simcoe and fermented in a large oak foudre with our favorite mixed culture. Rested in the foudre for one year. 7% ABV.

  • Keller Pilsner. Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and Mandarina Bavaria. Crisp and aromatic with a nice mineral finish. 
Notes of fresh bread, sharp citrus, spicy earth, bright sunshine, and mineral. 5.5% ABV.
