PA Corn Lager. Brewed with Pilsner malt and whole cobs of grilled Pennsylvania sweet corn and lightly hopped with hull melon. Conditioned on lime zest and salt. 3.9% ABV.
Helles Lager. Brewed exclusively with German Pilsner malt. Hopped gently with a blend of our favorite domestic hops. Notes of bready malt, snappy lemon, slight spice, and warm spring days. 5.3% ABV.
Our American Pale Ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable. Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, pine sap, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. 5.5% abv.
Wheat IPA. Brewed with malted wheat and hopped intensely with Centennial and Simcoe. Vibrant and drippy juicy! Notes of mango jam, spruce tips, ruby red grapefruit, bubblegum, and candied pineapple. 6.5% ABV.
This is a dry hopped american pale ale fermented in oak and conditioned on guava. 5% ABV.

Sleep is a strong Saison brewed with chamomile and partially fermented in oak. Very bright, floral, and refreshing. 7.6% ABV.
A true table beer. Brewed with wheat and fermented with our house Saison yeast, this is a beer that you could drink all day long and not fall down! Lightly hopped with domestic Saaz, and spiced with a rotating variety of spices (chamomile, rose hips, corriander, lemon grass, orange peel, black pepper, hibiscus, etc.) 3.5% ABV.
Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt and a restrained selection of specialty malts. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Callista. Fermented cool with our house lager strain and cold conditioned for many moons. 5.7% ABV.
Keller Pilsner. Brewed with wheat. Hopped intensely with Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and Mandarina Bavaria. Crisp and aromatic with a nice mineral finish. Notes of fresh bread, sharp citrus, spicy earth, bright sunshine, and mineral. 5.5% ABV.
Hallertau Blanc Saison brewed with raw wheat and a touch of Vienna malt. 5.8% ABV.
Inspired by British dark mild. Brewed with a base of British malted barley and oats, and a plethora of specialty malts. Hopped very lightly with German Callista, and boiled with blackcurrants. Fermented with our house ale yeast and conditioned on a puree of more currants. 3% ABV.
