Brewed from a desire to explore lager brewing process. Built from a simple grist of German Pilsner malt, and hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfrüh and New Zealand Pacific Jade. 4.5% ABV.
Primary fermented in a large French oak foudre. Refermented with nearly two tons of fresh Pennsylvania grown Merlot grapes from the 2017 harvest. The Merlot grapes had been crushed and fermentation took place on the skins as well. 6.4% ABV.
Brewed with fluffy malted oats and fruit puree. 9.2% ABV.
Our American Pale Ale. Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo. Hazy, juicy, and imminently crushable. Notes of tangelo, kiwi, dank, pine sap, nectarine, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. 5.5% abv.
PUNGE is our all New Zealand Hop Double IPA brewed with malted oats. Intensely hopped AND dry hopped with hyper fresh Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hand selected by Jean this past harvest season in New Zealand. 8.3% ABV.
Our Four-Grain Saison. Brewed with rye, oats, wheat and Cascade hops. Fermented in large oak tanks. Traditional, complex, and zippy. Notes of lemon zest, pear, barnyard, hay, guava, juicy fruit, and earth. 4.8% ABV.
Sticky, resinous, and hyper-hoppy double IPA. Simcoe, Chinook, and Zythos hops. 8% ABV.
