Hopped in the kettle classic English Kent Goldings, fermented warm with English ale yeast, and then dry hopped lightly with more EKG’s. Delightfully light and crisp, with notes of floral lemon blossoms fading to well proofed pillowy dough balls. 4.7% ABV.
Vietnamese Coffee stout brewed with the same stuff from your favorite Pho joint. Loads of lactose sugar mimics that characteristic sweetness typically added by condensed milk. 6% ABV.
