As the name suggests, we took a few liberties with the Berliner Weisse style. One such liberty is dry hopping with Lemon Drop hops, adding a nice touch of citrus to this traditional sour style. 7% BV.
Easy drinking, smooth, refreshing & well balanced. 4.3% ABV.
Traditional Irish Stout. Dry, dark and roasty with subtle notes of coffee. 4.5% ABV.
Simcoe, Motueka & Rakau hops meld to create a smooth juicy fruit DIPA with a firm malt backbone and soft bitterness in the finish. 8.5% ABV.
Days are getting darker and so is our IPA. Roasted notes from dark malts meld perfectly with a hint of citrus from American & New Zealand hops. 6.7% ABV.
The bock is a full bodied, malty beer without being overly sweet. 7% ABV.
A throwback to when we didn't use words like "soft" or "juicy" to describe IPA's. This West Coast IPA will bring out the bitter old curmudgeon in all of us. 6.3% ABV.
Pilsener Prosim is no yellow fizz. Assertively hopped with Czech Saaz and brewed using the traditional decoction method, this unfiltered lager will be empty before you finish reading the description. 4.7% ABV.
This mellow light-bodied ale is bursting with berry goodness. Not sweet and not tart, it has the perfect balance. 5% ABV.
Dark, roasty and silky smooth. 5.5% ABV.
A classic wheat beer made with traditional spices and a bit of Philly zest. 5.1% ABV.
