  • A well-balanced Red IPA at 7.25% ABV, featuring American hops and citrus and pine flavors. Waves of orange blossom, grapefruit, and lemon flavors set sail atop a subtle toasted malt character. This collaborative brew offers an impressive hop forward characteristic over a burnished malt backbone. 7.3% ABV.

    American hop breeders have led the way in creating unique and interesting aroma varieties. Hop breeders across the globe have followed suit. Beer II in our Hop Program, a session IPA, features some of our favorite aromas varieties from here and abroad- Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin. 4.7% ABV.

  • The concept for our third Hop Program beer, Beer III, was a hoppy black ale incorporating Citra, Lemondrop, Cascade, and Falconer’s Flight hops. 5.5% ABV.

  • Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. 7% ABV.

  • Our American-style stout aged on organic vanilla beans. Intense notes of coffee and dark chocolate lead way to subtle notes of natural vanilla. Flaked oats generate a silky mouthfeel. 6.5% ABV.

  • Our first run at an American Pale Ale. Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passionfruit, and pine present themselves throughout. A very subtle malt sweetness for balance, but this is intended to finish dry. 6% ABV.

  • An American-style ale brewed one barrel at a time. The malt bill is built on American two-row malt and accented by crystal 10, Vienna, and white wheat malts. Magnum hops give the beer a nice clean bittering and Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hop varieties provide a pleasant floral and citrusy hop flavor. A healthy dose of additional Amarillo and Centennial are dry hopped to give this beer an inviting hop aroma. The beer is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and allowed to dry out so it finishes crisp and clean. 5.5% ABV.

  • Hoppy and roasty American IPA, brewed as the dark-colored counterpart to Another One (both beers incorporate the exact same kettle and dry hopping schedule). Weez presents a blend of hoppy and roasty notes on the nose, followed by hoppy resins on the tongue, and finishes with a deep roast. 7.3% ABV.
