Origin: Santa Rosa, CA
  • A low-alcohol Berliner Weisse style ale, acidified and matured in French oak puncheons for 6 months. They added 1000 lbs. of fresh local raspberries, allowed a secondary wild fermentation for 4 more months, resulting in a crisp effervescent concoction, bursting with raspberry perfume and flavor, a rosé color, bracing acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish. 5.3% ABV.

  • A bountiful bouquet of citrus mingles with pronounced herbal notes, leading to funky, yeasty, citrus flavors. Soft cereal and oak aromas are enveloped by a firm acidity and tartness and punctuated by zesty tangerine. The finish is dry and crisp; a thoroughly enjoyable beverage. 4.9% ABV.

  • Brewmaster Matt Brynildson went to the mountain and returned with a vision for a different kind of Session IPA, one that would be brewed and dry hopped with a globetrotting selection of new hop varieties from Europe, New Zealand and North America. He foresaw a beer that would deliver massive hop aromas, a signature malt balance and an empty glass before you knew what hit you. And so the newest member of our Jack IPA family was born. 4.5% ABV.

  • This beer begins its life as a Flanders Red style beer aged 24 months in a 2200 gallon French oak foeder. Sour Montmorency cherries are added and allowed a secondary fermentation. The aroma is of cherry pie complete with flavors of pie crust and spicy notes. Vienna malt notes give way to an assertive acidity, and a bright carbonation. 5.7% ABV.

  • From the mind of Brewmaster Matt Brynildson comes Luponic Distortion, an ever-evolving mix of experimental hops, designed to deliver mind-blowing flavors that break the rules with each new release. 5.9% ABV.

  • Our classic Parabola that had maple syrup added to the whirlpool & then aged in retired maple bourbon barrels for six months. The result is soft & velvety with notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, caramel & burnt sugar. 10% ABV.

  • From the coast of California comes Mind Haze, a free-spirited beer made to elevate your perceptions—juicy yet balanced, hazy yet lasting, and loaded with an imaginative array of tropical hop flavors. 6.2% ABV.

  • Marries the French oak flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot barrels with the robust dark fruit, tobacco, and roasted malt flavors of Parabola.

  • Parabola has been a major component of past anniversary blends and is one of our most aggressive offerings. This beer features bold bourbon and tobacco aromas and a rich dark chocolate, charred oak flavor. 12.5% ABV.

  • Another offering from our “Bones” series, featuring the fermentation of fresh fruit. In this instance California white peaches from Sanger, CA are fermented with a brett’d saison that has been maturing four months in French oak barrels. The synergy between fresh peach, wild microflora and oak components create a bright white peach flavor mingling with spicy yeast and oak aromas. Soft acidity and a firm carbonation lend “pop” to the overall sensory experience. It took four separate fermentations to create this concoction. 6.1% ABV.

  • Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils. 5.3% ABV.

  • Rosalie taps into our brewery’s family winemaking roots, using local wine grapes to create a delicious one-of-a-kind beer rosé with bright fruit flavors and luscious acidity. Rosalie is co-fermented with Chardonnay and other wine grape varieties harvested just miles from the brewery. We also incorporate a dash of hibiscus flower to achieve a brilliant color. 5% ABV.

  • Big boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combined with soft chocolate malty undertones. Complex malt flavors framed in oak, with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry. Note: Sucaba is the beer formerly known as Abacus until the Winter 2012 release. 13% ABV.

  • In 2018 we challenged ourselves to using an array of fruit new to our palettes and practices. When offered a high quality freshly picked Black Currant sample, we couldn’t resist. We present to you a metamorphosis for your senses. Using 12 to 36month aged Agrestic Ale as a base, to which we add 1.5lbs/gal Black Currants, the beer undergoes the final maturation in our French Oak “Fruiders” for an additional four months. A convergence of supple tannin and deep purple pigments, gooseberry jam, a mouth-watering acidity and earthy leather elicit notes of a beer having vinous roots. 6.3% ABV.

  • Simcoe bittering hops; Centennial, Cascade and Tomahawk for flavoring; aroma hops are described as a "blend of C's." 7.5% ABV.

  • A decadent Oatmeal Stout brimming with cocoa and espresso aromas. 100% bourbon barrel aged. This beer features a rich, dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavor with a creamy mouth feel and wonderfully dry finish. The addition of U.S. grown fuggles hops contributes the perfect amount of bitterness to this exceptionally balanced beer. 8.5% ABV.

  • We humbly present XXII Anniversary Ale, a beer celebrating our 22 years brewing here on California’s Central Coast. Each year we host a barrel aged blending competition with local winemakers & this year the winning blend is from Sherman Thacher & Daniel Callan of Thacher Winery, along with Terry Hoage & Phil Lamontagne from TH Estate Wines, with help from our friend & master bread maker Arie Litman. XXII Anniversary Ale is 12.7% ABV & is a blend of bourbon, rum & gin barrels. 12.7% ABV.

  • Freshly pressed zinfandel grape skins fermented with one of our wild beer creations in 100% American oak barrels. The result is delicious: toasty oak, vanilla, coconut, cinnamon and leather tussle with field herbs of sage, lavender and mint. Vinous notes as well as cherry, brambles and watermelon flavors are supported by an earthy, funky, yeasty nose. Velvety tannins accompany a wonderful acidity and carbonation. 8.3% ABV.

  • STiVO is a blend of both breweries water and malt philosophies that compliment this light style, with a collaborative approach to hopping. The two breweries basically split the hops down the middle, using Pivo’s German Saphir hops, and STS’s Alsatian Aramis hops. 6.3% ABV.
