A medium-bodied pale ale with a beautiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. 5.8% ABV.
Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish. 4.2% ABV.
This is a unique wheat beer which is first fermented with Belgian yeast, then later with our proprietary wild yeast and bacteria culture. The initial fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank for 6 months, then is transferred to wine barrels to age and mature for another 6 months. This extended aging process (and of course, the Brettanomyces) allows it to become just slightly piquant sour. This is a wonderful session beer for those of the “sour and funky” persuasion. 5.3% ABV.

This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It's malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor.
