This German style lager uses a blend of highly kilned base malts to obtain the requisite level of toasted character. A large portion of that malt bill is based on German Munich malt to provide a wonderfully toasty, bread-like flavor and aroma. A small amount of caramel malt helps to add color with a hint of dark fruit and raisin character to round out the beer. Full bodied and slightly sweet, this beer has just enough hops to create a perfect balance. 7% ABV.
