Stylistically, brown ales can vary greatly, but our version is a beer that showcases a blend of German and English malts to provide plenty of flavor and character. Select grains will yield a beer ripe with velvety mocha notes softened with a generous amount of caramel sweetness. We plan on adding a subtle and nuanced hop aroma while avoiding a bitterness level associated with an IPA. Brown ales present a wonderful balance of malt and hops, and this style offers something entirely different from the rest of our core portfolio. 5.3% ABV.
