Samso is an American adaptation of a Belgian farmhouse ale. Simcoe hops are used throughout, including a generous dry-hopping addition to provide a new spin on a classic style. Samso is a hoppy farmhouse ale brewed with oats, flaked wheat, and a touch of caramel malts. Fermentation provides notes of bubblegum, mango, and pineapple with a slightly tart finish. 6.3% ABV.
