Springtime Wheat Lager. Brewed with German Pilsner malt and a blend of raw and malted wheat. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc & Crystal, and fermented cool with a lager yeast, then cold conditioned on just a touch of lemon juice for five weeks. Notes of herbal meyer lemon, fresh cut grass, crisp grain, mineral water, and white grape. 4.3% ABV.
