Dry Hopped Saison. Brewed with wheat and fermented in our large Vin Santo cask with our Magickal saison yeast as well as a strain of Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with our dearest southern hemisphere hop, Motueka. Decisive, yet ephemeral. Notes of preserved lemon, sage, mineral water, barnyard and cedar. 5.6% ABV.
