Huell Melon is particularly great in lighter styles… and the combination of the distinctive kölsch yeast, pilsner malts, and the complexity of Huell Melon hops is awesome. The Huell Melon hops are 100% sourced directly from Hopfengut farms in Tettnang, Germany. Our dude Lukas Locher runs this amazing farm over there, and they’re one of our best partners. We source all our Tettnanger hops for The Crisp from him, and actually get around 80% of his total crop each year! 4.9% ABV.
