Cherry red in color with aromas of dried fruit, chocolate and cherry. The layering of German specialty malts relinquish flavors that include walnut, caramel and chocolate. Flaked oats provide a creamy thickness and velvety richness to the beer. The unique souring process during the brew provides a refreshing tartness that intertwines nicely with the tartness from the cherry juice added during fermentation. 6% ABV.
