We brewed this IPA with a stunning amount of fresh peach puree that naturally thins the body so we balanced it with a bunch of lactose and then dry hopped it to the gills with Citra and Amarillo hops. The result is a balanced wonder of stone fruit goodness without a heavy, sweet lactose finish. 8.1% ABV.
