Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Version of our Four Corners Belgian Style Quad brewed in collaboration with our friends from Against The Grain. When we brewed Four Corners we tucked a little over 300 gallons away in Jack Daniels Rye barrels. Three weeks ago we pulled some sweet nectar from those barrels and concocted a blend that highlights the rich, dark fruit character of plums, raisins, and figs from the Quad with the vanilla and spice character of the Jack Daniels Rye along with the rustic quality of the wood it was aged in. 12% ABV.
