Defying traditional style guidelines, we created Dragonfly, an unfiltered hoppy wheat beer that is the result of crossing a Hefeweizen with an IPA. We literally use buckets full of American hops late in the boil and dry hop generously to create an explosion of complex citrus and pine hop characteristics. The name pays homage to the medal-winning USA dragon boat racing teams who got their start at Manayunk Brewery more than a decade ago. 5.1% ABV.
