Gin Barrel Saison is the result of working with distillers around Vermont to reuse barrels from some of the best spirits around Our inaugural batch features barrels from Caledonia Spirits in Hardwick, VT that were used to age their Tom Cat gin. Batch two highlights the botanical flavors of Stonecutter Spirits in Middlebury, VT. Our saison picks up smooth vanilla notes from the American oak, and herbal characters of ginger, honey, and juniper from the gin. The result is a bone-dry, easy drinking beer that we are extremely proud of. 6.5% ABV.
