A hop bent lager beer, we swapped our typical house lager yeast for weihenstephan 3470 to lock in clean results. We did three slim hop additions on the cold side -- once with the yeast pitch, a second time 11 days later, and a final time 16 days after that, post crash. Very enjoyable, bright flavors. Nelson, Citra and Cashmere produce gusts of orange jam, cantaloupe, and grass.
