Brewmaster’s Collaboration between Brewmasters Dirk Naudts of De Proef Brouwerij and Patrick Rue of The Brewery (12th in Series) Belgian Tripel with sour cherries & Yucatan honey. Pours a deep pink hue capped by pale pink foam. The aroma has notes of tropical fruit, cherry and underlying notes of sweetness from the Yucatan honey and just a hint of Belgian funk. The fruit notes and pleasing light sweetness dominate the front of the palate with hints of toast & baking spice which are overtaken by a mild hop bitterness and champagne-like finesse on the finish. 9.3% ABV.
