American Funk is an American IPA gone wild. 100% Brettanomyces fermented IPA aged in oak for months to allow the flavors to come together and mature. After the oak soak the beer is dry hopped for a second time in stainless steel tanks and then bottle conditioned. Funky, hoppy, dry and biting, this has the best of the hops and the complexity of Brettanomyces aged beers. 6.5% ABV.
